Who we are

A new generation of construction specialists.

We don't just build houses. We protect them — and the people who live in them.

At Trident Master Construction, we believe building isn't just about bricks and mortar — it's about trust, vision and delivery without compromise.

With decades of expertise drawn from a team of master contractors whose legacy in London construction stretches back generations, we bring unrivalled knowledge, craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project.

We are a new generation of construction specialists — one that blends design intelligence with construction excellence. Trident Guild™ is how we extend that expertise beyond the build, looking after the homes we and others have created, for years to come.

Transparent always

No hidden costs, no vague allowances. Clear advice, clear quotes, every time.

Member-first

You stay informed and in control. We handle the complexity so you don't have to.

Design-led thinking

We see beyond the problem to how your home should look, work and last.

Independent by principle

Our role is honest oversight — the reason our advice is worth trusting.

Why Trident Guild™ exists

Look after the building, and you look after everyone in it.

For generations, property owners have been well served by everyone except the one thing that matters most — the building itself. Solicitors protect the purchase. Accountants protect the finances. Letting agents look after the tenants. Yet the bricks, the roof, the structure — the thing all of that value rests upon — has had no one watching over it.

We decided to change that — and in doing so, we look after both.

Because a building and its owner are not separate concerns. When you protect the building — catching the small problems early, keeping it maintained, staying ahead of every risk — you automatically protect everything the owner cares about: their money, their time, their peace of mind, and the home or investment they have worked so hard for.

After decades of renovation work across London, we saw the same story again and again: the most expensive problems all began as small ones, left unwatched until they grew. So we built Trident Guild™ — a property MOT that watches over your building all year round, so the building stays sound and the owner stays free of worry.

Look after the building properly, and everything else looks after itself.

How membership works

Like an MOT for your home — but all year round.

Simple, expert, and built around protecting what your property is worth.

01
Join

Membership begins with your first complete property MOT.

02
We inspect

Our specialists examine your building inside and out, using thermal imaging and expert judgement.

03
We report

You receive a Property Health Score™ and a clear, photographed report of everything we find.

04
We advise

Where work is needed, we explain why, what it will cost, and arrange the right people — if you'd like us to.

05
We watch over

We keep an eye on your property year-round, catching the next issue before it grows.

Our role is to know your building, advise you clearly, and arrange the right specialists when work is needed — so the right thing is always done, at the right time. The cost of any works is quoted separately, and the choice is always yours.

What it means to be a member

More than an inspection. A standard you belong to.

Your membership

A Trident Guild™ membership number, card and welcome — you join a select group of London owners who look after their property properly.

Always watching

Compliance dates tracked, reminders before anything is due, and a team that knows your building and notices what others miss.

The mark of a well-kept home

The Trident Guild™ standard — a quiet sign that this property is cared for, maintained and protected to the highest level.

Your questions, answered

Everything you'd want to know.

It's a complete professional examination of your property — inside, outside and its essential systems — carried out by experienced construction specialists. Like a car's MOT, it tells you the condition of everything that matters and what, if anything, needs attention. Unlike a one-off survey, we return regularly, so we come to know your building and catch issues early, year after year.

Your membership includes your regular MOT inspections, your Property Health Score™ report, ongoing oversight of your building's condition, tracking of all your compliance dates with reminders before anything expires, and a clear plan for keeping your property in excellent order. Where work is needed, we identify it, explain it, and can arrange trusted trades to carry it out.

Never. Our role is honest oversight — to know your building, advise you clearly and show you the evidence. Where work is needed, we provide a clear quote and can arrange it through our trusted trades, but the choice is always entirely yours. That independence is exactly what makes our advice worth trusting.

We record every certificate and its renewal date when we visit, and we monitor those dates for you throughout the year. You'll receive a reminder well before anything is due — so a gas safety check, electrical certificate or EPC never slips through the cracks. For landlords especially, this alone brings real peace of mind.

We tell you straight away, clearly and in writing, with photographs. Anything urgent is flagged as a priority in your report, and we'll explain what it means, what it will cost to address, and how quickly it should be done. Members receive priority access to the Trident Master Construction team for any work that's needed.

Membership begins with a one-time joining assessment of £249, which includes your first complete property MOT — and is credited in full toward your membership when you join. For portfolios, assessments start from £149 per property and are priced personally; these too are credited toward membership. We welcome a limited number of new members each year — request your invitation and we'll be in touch within one working day.
